Alloggio molto bello, con vista sulla città. Pulita e attrezzata di ogni cosa, compresa l’asciugatrice.
Presente un market fornito appena sotto casa.
Portineria e sicurezza sempre presente. La zona non è molto bella, sono presenti diversi barboni e tossicodipendenti.
Però basta saper girare nella via giusta fin da subito che la zona si presenta subito più bella.

Espectacular apartamento para 4 personas.
No le faltaba ningun detalle.
Muy buena ubicación.
Recomendable al cien por cien Si tuviera que decir algo negativo, que es difícil de encontrar, diria que se oye el ruido del tren, que pasa muy frecuentemente. Pero la verdad es que, al cabo de un tiempo, ya ni lo oyes.

Beautiful view!! Condo is extremely well furnished and comfortable for our group of 5 ladies. Great Italian coffee machine and other appliances. Good security in building.

A terrific "home away from home" for any experienced visitor to the Vancouver area. There's a lot more to this beautiful city than the "cruise ship" center of downtown, and this large, luxurious, beautiful, and well-equipped home in a high-end neighborhood is well-positioned to take advantage of the region. You can get to Stanley Park, Granville Island, Gastown etc in 20 min, but you can also access the "Fisherman's Wharf" at Steveston, UBC's beautiful grounds and incredible museum, the marvelous and hip Kitsilano neighborhood with its great hikes and beaches, and many other areas (including a lovely walk right from the house into the famous Southlands neighborhood, with its horse barns, nurseries, and great trails along the Fraser River). Best for those visiting with a car, this high-spec home has a gated parking area, a fish pond, and lots of privacy with high hedges and fencing. Inside, beautiful hardwood floors and soft carpeting await in the many gathering spaces (. Ideal for 3 couples, who would each have their own bedroom and private bathroom (featuring duel showerheads in each plus a steam shower in the master bedroom), and a fourth (and even fifth, on request) bedroom and two "powder rooms" complete the picture. A large office on the main level, complete with books and games, overlooks the golf putting area. Then a laser TV media room in the basement, along with an exercise area and pool table, provide added entertainment options if you get tired of the golf amenities in the side yard or the Yamaha upright in the living room. There's a ton to do without ever leaving the house....but you're in Vancouver, so instead it provides a perfect place to retreat and relax in the evening. A fully stocked kitchen (with SubZero fridge and Viking gas stove) are on hand if you want to cook. But there are so many great restaurants within a few minutes drive that you may having trouble finding the time to use it. Overall a great home, with hospitable, flexible, friendly, and communicative hosts. Highly recommended.

From the location of the property to the property itself to the host, everything about this place was 10/10 stars! The location of the property near Rogers Arena is central to so much of downtown Vancouver. Great restaurants and shopping are easily within walking distance. A T&T Supermarket and Costco are conveniently walkable as well. And as far as the 2BR/2Bath condo itself, I can't say enough good things about it. The view is absolutely breathtaking. All the rooms and beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is well-stocked with practically everything you need. Extra bonuses include the dedicated office/gaming room that is equipped with a PS5. Main living room TV is equipped with an AppleTV that has an active Netflix account. Included WiFi works great. All of this made for an extra nice stay. The building's gym and indoor pool were also greatly enjoyed by my kids. The gated, indoor, reserved parking spot was perfect since we rented a car. Finally, the host is truly the best host I personally have interacted with. He is super responsive and went out of his way to make my stay as smooth and comfortable as possible. Definitely what I would call the definiton of a Superhost! The next time I stay in Vancouver, I will definitely book this condo again! Nothing comes to mind. This was a perfect place to stay in downtown Vancouver!

We had a wonderful stay here with family. The house is as beautiful as the pics indicate. It is spacious, well equipped, lovely to spend time in, and extremely comfortable. It is located in a beautiful, safe area with lots of neighborhood walking possibilities. The yard is fully fenced and private. It is about 15 minutes from the airport, which was helpful for us, and short driving distances to great food and shopping. We would happily stay here again.

Love the Vancouver nest and the attention to detail! Everything was exactly as described, and better yet everything was labeled and instructions were clear. The location is wonderful and the view is amazing. Everything in the condo unit is an excellent condition and it was very nice that all Amenities like shampoo, body wash laundry detergent with dryer sheets and dishwashing detergent was provided. If you come to Vancouver again, we would definitely stay here.

Wonderful stay in the Nest. The condo is well equipped and the owner very helpful. I can highly recommend. Clean and a fantastic place to come back to after sight seeing. The views over the river are spectacular.

Miro was an excellent host - from the time we made the booking until the day we completed our stay. He was very responsive to all our needs.
The house was incredible! - the nicest property we have every vacactioned in. It was immaculate and well stocked with all necessities.
I highly recommend this property to anyone who is planning a trip to Vancouver - its centrally located - very close to the airport and downtown restaurants etc.
